Given that having an Iraqi reporter's shoes thrown at him is probably the closest George W. Bush will ever come to answering for his crimes, I'd say he got off easy.Talk about voting with your feet. The day after 9/11, everyone was an American. Today, we are all Iraqi journalists. (Or at least about 66% of us.)
