This has been making the rounds within my Facebook cohort lately. (Hat-tip to James the Elder.)
Jelly Roll Morton first recorded this as a piano solo in 1924 (in Richmond, Indiana), then two years later in Chicago with his band The Red Hot Peppers.
This is for those of you who say that p3 Saturday morning tunes never leaves the sweet spot of 1955 - 1985, and to correct the dearth of jazz we've had around here lately.
