The background: Loaded Orygun blogger TJ was recently denied access to a Lake Oswego Council executive session on the grounds that he wasn't credentialed.
The story and the underlying issue--what counts as being a "journalist?"--were soon picked up by the local media, and in about 15 minutes the OPB public affairs program "Think Out Loud" will devote a show to the issue.
