The Portland DL chapter has its regular meeting at Madison's Grill, at SE 11th and Madison (map), tonight at 7pm. (DL meets the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month.)
Join us tonight--with 89 days until the general election and 165 days until Bush leaves office--for drinks and political conversation.
(And remember: DL encourages everyone to drink, and vote, responsibly.)

Would love to be there with you. Unfortunately, if I left right I'd probably not get there before Madison's opens tomorrow.
Anyway, it would be glad to connect with another expatriate of UWEC. :)
