Why is it that, if it's a Democratic president and an adult female intern in the White House, and none of the other Democrats knew because he didn't tell them, it's a "sex scandal" (and "grounds for impeachment") but if it's a Republican congressman with a (at least one) under-age male intern in the Capitol Building, and all the Republicans (and most of the interns) knew about it for almost a year, everyone refers to it as an "ethics scandal"?
Just asking.
