I'm disappointed, naturally, that a poisonous growth like Rove won't be taken out completely, but as the news this morning indicates, whatever's in store for Bush's Brain, it's apparently not an indictment by Special Prosecutor Fitzgerald.
On the other hand, although the GOP will spin this mightly to the contrary, the matter isn't over. FDL has been reliable on this story from the get-go, and I'll trust them now.
The difference between prosecuting and fishing is that in fishing you throw the little fish back; in prosecuting you make them give you a bigger fish in exchange for throwing them back. Stay tuned.
