"The gray-haired man in a tropical shirt"

Is it me, or does that sound like a bit part who gets bumped off about 20 minutes into "The Maltese Falcon"? Or maybe character in a David Lynch story?

Well, anyway, the local chapter of Drinking Liberally got a nice write-up in the Trib on Friday.
