Hard to believe this man isn't in for a rude surprise

Jerry Falwell, who turned sanctimonious bigotry into a multimillion dollar industry, is dead at 73.

Political cartoonists all over America are breaking out fresh boxes of Sharpies for this one. The weekend toon report should be memorable.
