Quote of the day: On the absence of coherent message


Charlie Pierce responds to those who insist the Occupy movement must be a failure because it refuses to reduce its message to an evening news-friendly sound bite:
Make no mistake: Without all the hell-raising, and all the shouting at the right buildings, and all the drum circles, we would have heard a very different State of the Union speech last night.
And he's got four or five pretty good examples.
